Contacts and Cocktails (C&C) produces exclusive upscale professional networking events that bring highly qualified individuals together in relaxed environments. To maintain quality growth and a professional environment at each of our events, Contacts and Cocktails has a Host Committee program.
What is a Contacts and Cocktails Host Committee Member?
A C&C Host Committee member is an established, motivated professional with a passion for networking and connecting with new people.
Members:
- Wear "Host / Hostess" name tags at events. "Host / Hostess" duties include proactively establishing conversation with newcomers and facilitating introductions to other attendees where possible.
- Represent C&C brand to other accomplished professionals This includes utilizing social networking entities (Facebook/Twitter/ASW/etc) to help raise awareness for our events.
- Help us develop a marketing plan for each event series to maximize attendance from highly qualified local professionals. Members will relay feedback gathered from events and from contacts to C&C team.
- Assist in the development of strategic relationships with corporations and organizations interested in sponsorship and other collaboration opportunities
- Help develop a content strategy in their industry of expertise. This includes (but is not limited to) helping C&C identify potential speakers, assemble panel discussions, and develop relationships with other content providers.
- Facilitate introductions to other potential Host Committee members as well as individuals that may have an interest in getting involved C&C events.
Why become a Contacts and Cocktails Host Committee Member?
Active C&C Host Members will receive:
- Complimentary access to C&C events dedicated to their specific industry
- Up to 2 VIP Guest Passes for guests that a Host Committee chooses to entertain at a C&C event. Please note that all guests must be appropriate for the event and all guests must be approved by C&C in advance.
- Complimentary admission to ALL C&C All Industries events in exchange for assistance with promotion of the event
- Potential for both site and invite placement as the Host Committee Program develops
- Discounts on C&C Sponsorship Packages - negotiated on a case by case basis
- Exposure -- After twelve (12) months of service, C&C will offer to interview C&C hosts and will post interviews on the appropriate area of our site.
